PAX: Rick James, Legs, Double Humpy, Horshack, Cat Scratch

We started off with Marco Rubio’s on the sidewalk curb next to the tennis courts. It just seemed to be the thing to do. We then took a lap around the field and circled up for some additional warmups, that included, stretching since I was tight and sore from yesterday’s workout, then SSHs, fwd arm circles, IWs, Slow Squats, Abe Vagoda’s, Merkins, Reverse Arm Circles, Jack Webb’s.

Thang: Mosey over to the corner of the field next the Ferguson Fitness and complete one exercise picked by the Q, then run diagonally to opposite corner of the field, stopping at mid field to perform 5 jump squats, and completing Merkins and then another exercise picked by one of the PAX. We then ran over to the near corner of the field and completed the first two exercises and then a third picked by a PAX. We then ran across the field diagonally to the opposite corner, and again stopping at mid field to perform 5 squat jumps, then add another exercise to the 3 we previously performed, then running back over to the corner we started with to complete the four previous exercises and one more picked by a PAX. Exercises included Merkins, Squats, Side Lunges, LBCs, and Jump Lunges. All were 10 reps each.

The second round was the same pattern but with different exercises that included Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Big Boys, Monkey Humpers, and Overhead Claps, all at 10m reps each. We didn’t make it to the last corner as we were running out of time and the Ferguson Fitness crew were occupying that area.

We performed on round of Mary that included Freddie Mercury’s, American Hammers, Box Cutters, Sharon Stones and Penguin Crunches.
