#Sparta

Zebra did a great job by having some PAX commit to a HC for today’s workout. Would have had double digits if someone (who I will not mention) didn’t fartsack even though he HC. *Cough, Pipeline, Cough*

Pipeline missed out on fun and the money I owed him. I gave it to Cat Scratch instead.

Warm-up: We yogged 10 feet from our cars where we circled up to perform some warm-up exercises. There was some mumble chatter about the lack of a warm-up yog. Then we see DH pulling up so burpees until he joined the circle. We then performed SSH, WMH, Good Mornings, FAC/RAC, Merkins, Rubios, Squats, and Imperial Walkers. We then mosey up to the YMCA to the pull-up bars via Corporate Blvd. Along the way we stopped several times to perform 5 merkins and 10 squats.

The PAX learned quickly to pace themselves after one of them asked how much time was left and I explained only a minute has passed. After several hours of this WOD, we then mosey back to the parking lot at Sparta and finished up with a dealer’s choice Mary. Recover! Recover!
