The friendly LFH

We gathered on a comfortable, cool morning to spend some time at the LFH. Run down to the parking lot and stretched out our legs a bit with some lunges and then continued to the bottom of the LFH.

Warmups included good mornings, arm circles, IWs, jack webbs, squats, merkins, and SSHs.

Run to first light pole and back, but keep running down the parking lot to the 4th orange vehicle barrier and then back to the bottom of the hill. Then perform exercises. Repeat by running up the LFH another light pole and back and continue to run down the parking lot one additional vehicle barrier.
We performed 20 squats, and 10 LBCs. Next time it was 10 squats, 20 plank jacks, and 15 LBCs, then 10 plank jacks, 20 overhead claps, and 20 LBCs, then 10 overhead claps, 20 squat jumps, and 25 LBCs. Next, it was 10 squat jumps, 20 somethings, and 30 LBCs. We then ran all the way to the trailer parked at the far end of the lot and back and performed 10 somethings, 20 burpees, and 35 LBCs.

We then yogged to the top of the LFH and through the campus stopping along the way to perform 10 box squats and 10 dips in cadence.
We made it back in time to recover, recover.
