Run between each light pole w/ 25 rep exercises on way- on way back repeat each of previous exercise.

Round 1 

Overhead clap- Pole 1 + DC Flutter Kicks- Pole 2 + Squats- Pole 3 + Merkins- Pole 4 Total (100 Overhead claps, 75 Flutter DC Flutter kicks, 50 Squats, 25 Merkins)

Round 2 

LBCs – Pole 1 + Monkey Humpers- Pole 2 + HR Merkins- Pole 3 Totals (75 LBCs, 50 Monkey Humpers, 25 HR Merkins)
