Hitting for the Cycle

Warm-up: Mosey to the softball field to perform various exercises. SSH, WMH, Abe Vigoda’s, Jack Webbs, Rubios, Merkins, and Squats.

The Thang: Hitting for The Cycle. In baseball, completing the cycle is the accomplishment of hitting a single, a double, a triple, and a home run in the same game.

Round 1: Started at home plate and bear crawled our home run, then a single, triple, and then finished with a double to complete the cycle. Completed an exercise of 15 reps between each hit.

Round 2: Lunge walk our cycle. Started at home plate and started with a home run, followed by our triple, double, and lastly our single. Completed exercises of 15 reps after each hit.

Round 3: Ran sprints for our last cycle. We played a tripleheader today. Complete exercises of 15 reps after each hit.

We then mosey to the bridge that goes over the Roanoke River. I heard suggestions of a crab walk so we crab walked from one side of the bridge to the other. We then everest back over the bridge.

Mosey to the tennis courts for some Mary.
