Warm-Up: 2 laps around recently played turf, up steps to landing spot to get out of the wet conditions from previous days showers. IC exercises of SSH, WMH, Arm Circles, and Imperial Walkers

Thang: Rounds of 3 modes of travel and exercises led by each Pax:

Round 1:

Travel= down and up 1 set of stadium steps; Exercise= Merkins

Travel= Down concourse jumping each wall and back; Exercise= Flutter Kicks

Travel= Down and back concourse; Exercise= Step back lunges

Round 2:

Travel= Stadium Steps; Exercise= HR Merkins

Travel= Stadium Steps; Exercise= Big Boys

Travel= Lunge walks; Exercise= Jump Squats

Round 3:

Travel= Stadium Steps; Exercise= Overhead clap burpee

Travel= run down, backwards run back; Exercise= LBCs

Travel= run down and back; Exercise= Slow squat

Round 4:

We finished with 3 travels and 3 exercises but I can’t remember
