A solid 10 PAX to start the week off right: Buubs, Bundy, Cat Scratch, Frack, Dunphy, Prince Tuesday, Double Humpee, Kwon Do, HC3, Puffs

Warmup: run incline from G to 1, on 1 touch each web, incline from 1 to 2 run backwards, on 2 karaoke, incline from 2 to 3 high knees then buttkickers

The Thang: Return of the Pacer. A running 3 minute timer was set.

Round 1: floor 3 down to 2, across the deck and back up to 3 for 15 burpees

Round 2: Floor 3 down to 1, across the deck and back up to 3 for 10 burpees

Round 3: Floor 3 down to G, across the deck and back up to 3 for 5 burpees

Round 4:
floor 3 down to 2, across the deck and back up to 3 for 15 squats

Round 5:
Floor 3 down to 1, across the deck and back up to 3 for 10 squats

Round 6:
Floor 3 down to G, across the deck and back up to 3 for 5 squats

Round 7:
floor 3 down to 2, across the deck and back up to 3 for 15 merkins

Round 8:
Floor 3 down to 1, across the deck and back up to 3 for 10 merkins

Round 9:
Floor 3 down to G, across the deck and back up to 3 for 5 merkins

Up to 6 for Mary: Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers, Parker Peters, Penguin Crunch, Flutter Kicks were had by all.
