The Thang part II: That Free Throw Game. Two tries for a make; third try is double or nothing. A make is one rep of an exercise; a miss is three. Every man takes a turn shooting, then change up the exercise.

Round 1: One pickle pounder

Round 5: Three Freddy Mercuries

Round 6: Three Heels to Heaven

Round 7: Lightning round. One shot per man with a burpee penalty for a miss.
