Round 2: Crawl Bear to 20 for 6 Jump Squats and Crawl Bear back. Don’t forget to stop at the 10 for 6 HR Merkins, both directions.
Round 3: Crab Walk to 30, Plank Jacks, all other exercises both directions
Round 4: Bear Crawl to 40, Burpees, all other exercises both directions
Round 5: Lunge Walk to 50, Big Boy Situps, all other exercises both directions
Round 6: Backward Run (touch goal line after each exercise), CDDs at the far 40, all other exercises both directions.
