6 PAX (Dunphy, Twitch, Frizzle, Blind Spot, Pinky, Boobs(????)) showed up an a chilly, windy morning to shake off the weekend cobwebs
Warmup — a bit of running in the deck culminated in box jumps up the stairwell. Then back to the ground floor for SSH (just 25 IC since Cat Scratch was MIA), F3 Name Merkins (where Buubs spelled his name wrong, see above), Rubios, and Sobriety style arm circles
The Thang — head to the ramps and partner up. While 4 PAX did a stationary exercise (eg. 20 burpees, 40 merkins, 20 candlestick burpees, 15 partner derkins, etc) the other two performed partner carries up the ramps as far as they could until caught by the other PAX. Keep repeating to the top of the deck. Run down to the ground floor and start over…..
Ran down after the second trip up and circled up for namorama and COM. Dunphy announced his age as 39 as if the weekend never happened…..
Misspelled names, incorrect ages….guess our brains were off this morning.
