I call for a 60 minute workout the night before. Even the 15 minutes of EC isn’t enough for Puffs who runs in at 5:31 wearing his ruck. We pick him up and get started. Jogging (and such) up the 4th floor. Along the way we did our warm up of 20 merkins OYO.

On the 4th floor we start with 11s. Burpees on one side of the deck and pop-up merkins on the other. Start with 1 burpee and 10 pop-ups. Keep going until you complete 10 burpees and 1 pop-up.

Exercise 2: suicides. But theres a twist. We do these while buddy carrying. You can change whenever you want, but both partners needs to do 5 burpees everytime a switch occurs. We were supposed to do three suicides, but only had enough time for one. Sorry guys.

Exercise 3 (EC): SEAL merkins. On the first floor we did 7 sets of 15 merkins on the 1 minute marks. 1.5 minute break. Then 9 sets of 12 merkins on the 50 second mark. 1.5 minute break. Finish with 10 sets of 10 merkins on the 45 second mark. 313 merkins. (I advertised it as 314, so Puffs did an extra)
