For the first official non-holiday workout of 2019, six HIM chose to get a little better this morning at #VictoryValley.

Warmup: Jog from Reserve to River’s Edge playground tennis courts. Take a tour of the “pull-up bars” on the way there. SSH IC x 50, Jack Webbs IC x 25, AC IC x 25, Abe Vigodas IC x 10, WHM IC x 10, Rubios IC x 25, Toe touch x 10 count for each PAX.

The Thang: PIPE Bombs. Pair up. One partner does an exercise while the other travels until the allocated number of reps is completed.

Round 1: P: Pull-ups x 50. Travel: Lunge walk x three tennis courts and run back.

Round 2: I: Incline merkins x 100. Travel: Suicides x three tennis court lengths.

Round 3: P: Plank jacks x 150. Travel: Crawl Bear to end of second tennis court and run back.

Round 4: E: Elbow plank. Travel: Everest to fence and then to end of second tennis court.

Jog back to Reserve for 5 MOM. Flutter kick x 25 IC, Girls Girls Girls x 10 each leg IC, Box Cutters x 15 IC, Slow Merkins x 10 IC, Superman alternating arms/legs x 10.

Recover. Recover.
