Part 2 : Across the courts, 7 Broad Jump, 7 Traveling Burpee, 14 each leg Lunge Walk.
After each round perform Mary : 1st Round; 100 Freddy Mercury, 20 Leg Lift. 2nd Round ; 20 Big Boy Crunch, 20 Dying Cockroach. 3rd Round ; 20 Crunch, 20 Flutter Kick. 4th Round; 20 Twisting Crunch, 20 Sharon Stone.
Finish with 4 Rounds of 4 cornering the tennis courts with exercises each corner. 1st round: 10 Mountain Climbers. 2nd Round: 5 Hand Release Merkin. 3rd Round: 5 Jump Squat. 4th Round: 1 Burpee.
