PAX: Prince Tuesday, Cat Scratch, Dairy Queen, Double Humpee, and Legz
Q: Legz
Warm-up: We mosey over to McNeil Drive to perform some prewarm-up exercises. High Knees, Butt Kickers, Skips, Side Shuffle, Backwards Run, and Sprint up to a point and yog down. We then mosey to the star across Colonial to preform the true warm-up exercises, which confused the Pax. We then performed WMH, SSH, Abe Vigoda’s, Slow Squats, Imperial Walkers, and Forward Arm Circles.
Main Event: LFH
We performed an exercise at the bottom of the hill and then ran to a light pole that the Q designated and returned back at the bottom. Repeated this several times and ran to all light poles but one, but did finish at the top to mosey back to Gator. Simple, yet effective.
COT followed by Name-o-rama. Prayers for DQ’s Kayla as her and her baby are visiting from Wisconsin next week.
After the workout, Cat Scratch surprised the Pax with coffee and donuts. We were all ecstatic!
