I had asked for donuts the night before, but found out there was confusion around what I meant by donuts as nobody brought me donuts. I’ll need to be clearer next time.

Warm-Up: Take a lap around the parking lot and circled up to perform various warm-up exercises. Cat Scratch was sad there were no slow count Rubios.

Picked up two cinderblocks and headed to the tennis courts.

The Thang: Cindy

YHC brought two cinderblocks for the workout today. We split into two groups where we would have a timer for each group. The timer would be doing an exercise with the cinderblock. Each PAX member would take turns being the timer for each cinderblock exercise while the rest of the pax would perform a stationary exercise.

Round 1: Timer walked to the very end of the tennis courts and back with the cinderblock overhead.

Round 2: Timer performed a lunge walk w/cinderblock to the end of the tennis courts and then jog back.

Round 3: Timer jogged to the end of the tennis courts and did 16 cinderblock merkins and jogged back.

Round 4: 15 cinderblock swings at the end of tennis courts.

Round 5: 10 Big Boys while extending the cinderblock overhead the whole time.

We changed the stationary exercises each time the timer changed. I can’t remember all of the stationary exercises.

We then left the tennis courts for a few rounds of catch me if you can. One pax member carried both cinderblocks while trying to get as far away from the other pax while they performed an exercise and chased down the pax member who carried the cinderblocks.

Finished with a couple minutes of Mary. Recover. Recover!

2nd F on Tuesday instead of Varsity. Meet at Big Lick at 5:30 pm for a nice YOG followed by beverages at 6:15pm.
