Q: Double Humpee

My goal was to involve some sandbags to work on grip strength and to simulate Spartan carries.

Warm o Rama

  • Ran a lap around the circle and did atlas up the hill along with backwards run to the benches
  • Did a bunch of Dips, Earkins, Derkins, step ups and some SSHs

The Thang

  • Lug the sand bags towards the base of the SFH. Worked our way up each plateau with one person carrying the bags up while we performed an exercise at the bottom.
  • We did this all the way up to the top.
  • Then we did the same thing from the top deck while someone carried bags down to the lower lot we exercised
  • This involved Merkins, SSHs, Flutter Kicks, some running, some stairs, etc.
  • We then carried sand bags back down the hill
