It was a very comfortable 61 degrees as we ran over and around the field next to Varsity Center. We then warmed up with some Fwd arm circles, Squats, Abe Vagoda’s, SSHs, High Knees, LBCs, Merkins, Rev arm circles.

Thang: Lined up at one end of the field and and proceeded to travel to and stop and perform an exercise at three light poles. The first light pole was 5 reps, second pole was 10 reps, and third pole was 15 reps, We would then travel back across the field stopping at each of the three light poles once again performing 5, 10, and 15 reps of the chosen exercise. Mode of travel varied.

Exercises included LBCs, Squats, Big Boys, Peter Parkers, Squats to March, Parker Peters, Flutter Kicks, 6-inch hold followed by Heals to Heaven.

Travel: Run forwards, run backwards, Karaoke, bear crawl, lunges, crab walk, and skipping.

We then moseyed on over to the tennis courts where we ran some repeats to the end of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd courts while stopping at each to perform 5 – 10 – 15 reps of an exercise. Exercises included LBCs, Squats, big boys, and a final run without exercises.

Mary included Freddie Mercury’s. Penguin Crunches, and Flutter Kicks.
