Run to Jefferson, down to VTC steps, 10 Urkins, 10 Derkins, 20 Squats.
Run to Building 3, up and down VTC steps, 10 Urkins, 10 Derkins, 20 Squats.
Run to Parking Deck and up to middle of L1.
Partner Up. Partners Run opposite stairs for the following rounds:
5 Burpees, Backward Lunge Walk 30 yards then run up to middle of L3 for 10 HR Merkins, then run down to middle of L2.
5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks, Lunge Walk 30 yards then run up to L4 for 10 HR Merkins, then down to L3.
5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks, 15 Squats, Toy Soldier 30 yards, L5 for 10 HR Merkins, L4.
5 Burpees, 10 Plank Jacks, 15 Squats, 20 Rocky Balboas, Backward Run to Stairwell, L6 for 10 ATMs.
Run back to Reserve Lot.
5 Burpees.
