The Four Reasons

We head out of the garage towards Reserve Ave. Luckily we are (9 of us) moseying on the sidewalk as two maniacs turn at high speed towards the garage from Reserve Ave. Of course, they were street racing and late. The PAX of nine waited for Cat Scratch and Double Humpy to park and join in doing Burpees. The now PAX of 11 continued with the plan of moseying on Reserve Ave to South Jefferson. We then went up the stairs, through the bottom floor, and around the back of the FBRI as we made our way back to the garage.  

Warmup: 28 RAC, 28 FAC, 28 SSH, 16 Rubio, 16 WMH, and the
~0.75 mile of running.

The Thang: We stated with a motivating ladder of burpees (glad you thought so Chaps!) consisting of 12 burpees on ground floor and decreased by two on each subsequent floor up to the 5th floor (no stairs). We lunge walked up to the 6th floor. This was the most motivating part to me as I was dying to get out of the inside of the garage where it was hot, humid and devoid of any breeze. On 6th floor – we did another ladder consisting of two different exercises on each end and all changing by 5 reps each time. On one end, we started with 30 squats and 30 Carolina Dry Docks, which decreased by 5 after each rep. On the other end, we started with 5 Monkey Humpers and 5 Merkins, which increased by 5 after each rep and up to 30.

Mary: 28 Flutter Kicks (IC conducted by Pipeline) and 28 LBCs (OYO).
