Warmup: We followed a run around the front loop of James Madison with 28 SSH, 28 OHC, 28 IW and 16 WMH all in cadence.
The Thang: Mosey to nearby pull-up bars. While each of us did 10 pullups the rest of us were did squats. Moseyed to McNeil Dr SW and then Bear Crawlled up the hill. Mosey to top of parking lot 14 where we did a nice little ladder of Merkins and Monkey humpers increasing to 10 by one and reversing it to 0. We then divided the PAX into two groups and had a member from each group compete against each other. For the first round, the Q called for a bear crawl race between Dumphy and Pinky, and the competitors chose the exercise for the rest of the PAX – the spectators. After several races, we were all winners! We then moseyed back to the initial parking lot.
