A crazy man was spotted in Fishburn Park at 4:45 AM tying a rope in a tree with an American flag stuck in the ground. Thankfully he was arrested by the Roanoke City Police Department and never seen again.
Warmup: SSH, AC, RAC, JW, AV, squats
The Thang: Mosey to Fishburn Park, where said crazy man had left his rope and flag behind. PAX take turns climbing the rope. As a group, mosey down the hill to the playground, where PAX completed a core exercise IC, then traveled back up the hill for more rope fun. Repeat 3x.
Remember, rope burns are badges of courage.
