Three PAX braved the wind to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day F3 style.
After a warmup the PAX yogged down the greenway, stopping every five minutes for 17 reps of an exercise in honor of St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. In the COT everyone kissed the baby thanks to some green corn liquor brought by Pipeline.
