On a cold Salem morning 11 PAX and 3 FNGs (two naked posts) stared down Sparta, shed a tear (from the wind) and won.
Warm Up: Lap around the complex with obligatory Everest around Andrew Lewis statue.
SSH x35 IC, WMH x10 IC, IW x20 IC, Arm Circles x20 IC, RACs x20 IC, Slow Merkins x10 IC
Thang:
Sand Bag Chasers. Two PAX farmers carry the sand bags as fast and far as possible while rest of PAX perform exercise and then chase down the farmers. The rounds I can remember are as follows: 10 Burpees, 15 ATMs, 20 Merkins, 15 Big Boy Situps, 15 Mountain Merkins, 20 Prisoner squats, 40 LBCs, 20 Flutter Kicks.
We almost completed the complex lap and on our last stop 4 PAX perform 10 Thrusters while rest do Burpees. Pass sandbags until all all have completed the Thrusters.
Run back to SF for Name-o-rama and COT.
