Six PAX joined the fun for some pre-Thanksgiving activities at #Victory Valley. After a quick Capri Lap, the PAX gathered in the middle of the pitch for a warmup and then proceeded to play the Four Corners game. Starting at the corner of the field closest to parking lot and tennis courts, the PAX performed a core exercise, then rotated clockwise to the next corner, where they did an upper body exercise, rotated again to the next corner, where they performed a traveling exercise to the last corner, and then performed a lower body exercise. After six rounds, the clock struck 6:15. Everyone made like a tree and got out of there.
