TABATA’S! Why Not?

7 PAX started the day off right with some Tabata’s !
Run over to parking garage, run up to the 1st floor, skip the first half then bear crawl the second half. Run up to 2nd floor and then touch each one of the concrete webs along the second floor before going back down to ground floor for some warm ups.
Warm Ups
• 20 Side Straddle Hops
• 10 Windmills
• 15 Arm Circles
• 15 Reverse Arm Circles
• 15 Jack Webs
• 10 Willie Mays Hayes
• 15 Rubios

The Thang – Tabata’s!
1. Tabata burpees (exercise 20 sec, rest 10 sec, repeat for 8 sets total for each of four exercises)
2. Tabata jump squats
3. Tabata merkins
4. Tabata sprints

Additional Fun
• Peoples chair. Each PAX counts to 10 before finishing.
• Stairs – Up to 1st floor, run across – at half way point switch to lunges, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives. Each PAX counts to 10 before finishing.
• Stairs – Up to 2nd floor, karaoke across to half way, switch to face opposite direction and karaoke the rest of the way, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives. Each PAX counts to 10 before finishing.
• Stairs – Up to 3rd floor, run across, come back down to ground floor and gather up for a quick round of Mary.
