Enough men for a basketball team gathered at #Sparta to play F3 Football. Inspired by Double Humpee/Jack Saypat’s “Wheel of Torture,” this morning’s tilt featured the Volunteers of Tennessee vs. the Crimson Tide of Alabama.
Warm-up: Short yog. SSH IC x 25, Jack Webbs IC x 15, WMH IC x 10, windmills IC x 10.
The Thang: PAX took turns being the QB and spinning the wheel app on Pipeline’s phone, dialing up a play and length (run, pass or turnover), a travel mode (on the ground for runs, upright for passes) and an exercise to be completed at the end of the play (quantity was the number of yards traveled). The Vols struck first but after a few slogs up and down the Sparta turf, the score was 14 all. Zebra said he’d take it every time. Six MOM.
