Warm Up: Mosey to tennis courts for IC exercises of 30 SSH, 10 WMH, 15 Arm Circles, 15 Overhead Presses, 15 RArm Circles

Thang:  Each person gets 2 serves.  Exercise for each serve multiplied by rep x 3 or x 10.

Round 1: In x 3; Out x 10 –>Burpees, Shoulder Tap Merkins; Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks; Net Jumps, HR Merkins

Round 2: (In x 3; Out x 10) x 2 –>  Burpees, Shoulder Tap Merkins; Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks; Net Jumps, HR Merkins

Round 3:  (In x 3; Out x 10) x 3 –>Burpees, Shoulder Tap Merkins; Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks; Net Jumps, HR Merkins

Round 4:  (In x 3; Out x 10) x 4  –> Burpees, Shoulder Tap Merkins; Big Boys, Carolina Dry Docks; Net Jumps, HR Merkins

*Pax alternate between monkey humpers, flutter kicks, or sharon stones until server retrieves balls.
