LFH…Lovely Fantastic Hill

10 pax, including one FNG showed for a damp adventure at everyone’s favorite hill.

5:30: Warm up: We ventured off on a little mosey over to LFH. When arriving at the base of the beautiful hill, we circled up for: 40 SSH, 10 WMH, 25 forward arm circles, 25 reverse arm circles, 25 jack Webb’s, 20 IW, 20 rubios; all IC

5:40: Thang: Partner up (size does not matter) and line up at the base (first light pole) of LFH. One partner is the runner while the other stays and performs exercises. Once the partner finishes the exercises, they can start their run. Runners run up LFH for 5 light poles (the one we start at counts as 1 and then 4 more) exercises are 25 merkins, 25 squats and 25 LBCs. At the first light pole, pax do exercises facing up hill. When all pax finish, bear crawl to the next pole and repeat, except this time, all exercises done facing downhill. At the finish, the mode of travel is crab walk to the next pole. This is done for a total of 6 light poles, alternating mode of travel from bear crawl and crab walk as well as alternating facing uphill and down for exercises. Total amount completed was 150 merkins, squats, and LBCs, not to mention, a little bit of running up LFH.

6:10: Mosey back to aquatic center parking lot.
