Q: Pipeline

Welcome back to Candy Cane.

12 HIM posted at #StarCity for a Saturday morning workout. Pipeline promised a slow burn and he announced an unexpected 5k on the Hidden Valley track with exercises every 400 meters.

The Thang:

The PAX moseyed to the start line. Pipeline set a 4:30 timer. The PAX ran a lap and planked or did the People’s Chair until the group reassembled. Pipeline then called out a core or upper body exercise. Exercises were merkins, big boys, shoulder touch merkins, LBCs, hand release merkins, flutter kicks, planks, box cutters, Supermen, balls to the walls, and burpees. PAX performed the exercises OYO until 0:30 remained on the timer, at which point Pipeline called a halt for the PAX to catch their breath. When the timer reached 0:00, the next 4:30 cycle of a lap and exercises began until 12.5 laps (5,000 meters) were completed.
