Warm Up: Lap around the field, circle up in back gravel lot. SSH x30, WMH x10, IW x30, Arm Circles x20 IC, RAC x20 IC, Rubios x20 IC…to the rail for 10 Step Ups each leg, Dips x15 IC, One Leg Squats x15 IC each leg, Slow Derkins x15 IC.
To the bridge: Traveling burpee across, bear crawl back. SSH while you wait.
To the tennis courts for deck o’ pain: Spades = Burpees, Hearts = HR Merkins, Clubs = Jump Squats, Diamonds = Big Boy Situps. Number is the reps with J-K 11-3, Ace = 15 and 2-5 is suicide format. We got about 12 rounds in. Aptly, FNG Baywatch our German intern went last and after giving us plenty of name fodder, pulled an Ace of Spades to close out the main event.
