Warm Up: Following pleasantries, we head out on our warm up run…up the hill toward the school building stopping for: Mountain Climbers at the cross walk x20 IC, at parking lot SSH x50 IC, WMH x10 IC, Slow Merkins x10 IC, circle the parking lot, then down the trail and back to the track.

Main Event: Ten rounds of 20 Merkins, 20 Squats w/ Sandbag, 50 Flutter Kicks with Sandbag, run 1/8 of a mile between rounds. (PAX had the option of reducing the rounds to 8 by adding 10 Burpees in each round, but voted against it.) Rotate 2 sandbags between 4 PAX, everyone stays together. Wasn’t sure we could finish this given how long our warm up yog was…but we came in at 7:23, 7 minutes to spare. 200 Merkins, 200 Squats, 500 Flutter Kicks.
