Buckets of fun

PAX – FNG (Pipeline), Frack, HC3, Matlock, Dunphy, Double Humpee, Glee, Pinky

Warm up jog around and through the Riverside complex of buildings. End up in the parking deck. Glee arrived late and did his own recon jog until he found us (he spotted some randomly placed buckets on his route).

30 SSH IC, 30 Imperial Walkers IC, 30 Forward arm circles IC, 30 Reverse arm circles IC, 30 squats IC, 15 merkins IC, 30 Rubios IC. And then we jogged up the ramps….first ramp was regular jog, second ramp was karaoke, third and fourth ramps were partner pushes (make ’em work!).

We arrived on the fourth floor to buckets and cones. The buckets had a set of dice. Still partnered up, one partner rolled 1 die and ran that number of laps across the deck (from bucket to the first set of cones was 1 lap, but you could run to the second cones (the length of the deck) to count as 2 laps). While partner one ran, partner 2 alternated 25 merkins, 25 LBCs and repeated until partner 1 was done. Switch. Keep switching. Keep going until it hurts.

After sufficient pain, we moved on to the next bucket on the fifth floor. Still partnered up, one partner rolled 1 die and ran that many floors (if you rolled a 1 or 2 you had to bear crawl down that many floors and run back up…for all other numbers it was just running). While partner 1 ran (or crawled) stairs partner 2 pulled mystery exercises out of bucket #2 (e.g. 25 monkey humpers, 25 burpees, 25 star jumps, etc.). Switch and keep repeating until 6:11

Grab cones on the fourth floor and run back to the ground floor. Just enough time for 25 American hammers IC.

Recover, recover.
