Thang:

Part I: “Merkin Mile”

  • 20 Merkins at the starting line, then 10 Merkins every 100 yards.  Repeat x 4 for a total of 200 Merkins and a Mile

Part II: “Squatty Mile”

  • 20 Squats at the starting line, then 10 Squats every 100 yards.  Repeat x 4 for a total of 200 Squats and a Mile

Part III: random torture & Mary

  • Mosey to the wall for Derkins x 15 IC
  • Dolphin Kick x 10 IC
  • Flutter Kick x ?? IC
