Tried to fit in everything that sucks, in a good way, at Overlander this am. 46 was our number today (Happy B-Day Pipeline). I only regret we couldn’t fit in the LFH.
Run a lap with some butt kickers and high knees in there.
Warm Up: SSH x30 IC, WMH x10 IC, IW x 20 IC, Slow Merkins x10 IC, Dips x20 IC, Box Squats x20 IC
Everything that Sucks:
46 Burpees OYO
Run to Gator pull-up bars
20 Pullups, while rest of PAX rotate between 46 reps of PAX called exercises (pop-up merkins, squats, flutter kicks, more that I can’t remember…some controversy over proper pop-up merkin form…according to Pinky anyway).
Run to base of SFH. Sprint up all three levels to top-top lot and do 46 plank-jacks and 46 big-boy situps.
On the line for a Merkin suicide. 10 HR Merkins each time past starting line, suicide the light poles. Oof. Early finishers dropped back on the 6’s. No man…
