- Ruck to Roanoke College wall
- climb the wall
- PT – something like this:
- Squats with ruck
- Squat presses with ruck
- get ups with ruck
- WWII with ruck overhead
- Merkins with ruck
- lunges with ruck
- ruck to Mac & Bob’s
- PT again – half on the lower side of the wall, then climb the wall and do the other half
- Squats with ruck
- Squat presses with ruck
- get ups with ruck
- WWII with ruck overhead
- Merkins with ruck
- lunges with ruck
- Ruck up the steep hill and back to home base
COT
