Part I – The Mogadishu Mile (Grab a cinder block and get to the starting line)

  • 19 Overhead Presses (with block)
  • 19 Squats (with block)
  • 19 Kettle bell swings (with block)
  • 19 Merkins (on block)
  • run a lap (with block)

Rinse Repeat x 4

Part II – Mosey to the starting line sans block for the following travelling exercises:

  • Russian march
  • Inch worm Merkins
  • Baby Bear crawl
  • high knees

(200 yards travelled in total)

Time for some Usain Bolts (1 runner, 3 exercisers).  Runner SPRINTS down 100 yards and back while PAX perform the exercise he called out

  • Burpees
