13 PAX came out to Overlander for some fun in the wet this am with Acorn and YHC. Here’s how it went…

Warm Up: Lap down to Overland and back. SSH x20 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, Arm Circles x10 IC, RACs x10 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, WMH x10 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, IW x20 IC, 6 Burpees OYO

Run to the SFH (steep VWCC drive leading up to upper lot).
Round 1: Run up SFH, 10 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 10 imperial walkers, 10 merkins (hr), 10 plank jacks, 10 squats (BLIMPS), run back down SFH and plank it out.
Round 2: Repeat except run up to upper parking lot after BLIMPS, flutter kicks.

Acorn takes the Q

Run to opposite side of upper lot.
Round 1: 1 burpee, run to 1st light pole, 2 burpees, run to 2nd light pole, 3 burpees, etc to 5 burpees, sprint back
Round 2: 2 HR merkins, run to 1st light pole, 4, etc to 10, sprint back
Round 3: 3 IWs, run to 1st light pole, 6, etc to 15, sprint back
Round 4: 4 squats, run to 1st light pole, 8, etc to 20, sprint back
Round 5: 5 monkee humpers, run to 1st light pole, 10, etc to 25, sprint back

Yog back to Gator lot for Mary: Flutter Kicks x13, Freddie Mercuries x13, Penguin Crunches x13, LBCs x13, Flutter Kicks x13, Penguin Crunches x13, ABCs, American Hammers x13
