With most PAX distracted with the Salem half marathon and GO festivus, 6 PAX got some work in early on a dark Saturday morning.

Warm-Up Mile. Hit the track, with exercises every 1/8 mile: SSH, Merkins, WMH, Arm Circles, Jack Webbs, IW, Big Boy Situps, Burpees

Sandbag Devin Hesters: Two teams of 3. One man from each team does 5 sand bag squats, then starts to run with the sand bag around the track. The other 2 on that team complete 10 partner hand slap merkins and then chase down the runner. Switch and repeat until everyone has carried once (about 1/3 mile). Round 2, runner does 10 sand bag squats and partners do 5 burpees with high ten on the jump (wish we had a video of that ridiculous looking fiasco). Repeat until the lap is complete.

Mosey up through gate to grass hill. Jacob’s Ladder of 11: HR Merkins at bottom, LBCs at top. Slow mosey back.
