Lap around loop, circle up for: 50 SSH, 10 WM, 10 WMH, 20 IW, 50 AC

Mosey over to benches for:

10 Derkins IC, 10 Dips IC, 10 Step-ups each leg OYO. Rinse. Repeat.

Mosey back over to fishburne parking lot

 

Thang– Overlander 60’s

 

PAX partners up. One partner performs a cycle of 2 exercises repeatedly until 0ther partner completes a lap around the loop (in 60ish seconds). Once partners are all back, switch.

 

Round 1- 10 Mountain Merkins/10 Copperhead Squats- Repeat until partners arrive

Round 2- 10 Carolina Dry Docks/10 Stepback Lunges- Repeat until partners arrive

Round 3- 5 Burpees/15 Monkey Humpers- Repeat until partners arrive

Round 4- 10 Hand-release Merkins/10 Jump Squats- Repeat until partners arrive

Round 5- 10 Standard Merkins/10 Standard Squats- Repeat until partners arrive

*S/O to Frack for setting a blistering pace for the 1st group…somehow he kept getting faster!

**Teachers start to roll into work so we move up to Gator parking lot just in time for Mary

Plank for a 10 count from everyone around the circle. Mumble chatter in between made for a nice long plank hold!

15 Flutter Kicks, 15 American Hammers, 15 LBC’s *all done IC

6 inch hold until Sea-biscuit calls it
