Warm-up:
Jog a lap, do some SSHs, Merkins, Burpees, Arm Circles, etc.
The Thang:
So, we started off with some Track Bombs which looked something like this:
- 5 burpees, run 80 yards
- 10 Overhead claps, run 80 yards
- 15 Merkins, run 80 yards
- 20 Big Boy Sit Ups, run 80 yards
- 25 Squats & finish off the lap
- (Repeat until the top of the hour)
After that round of fun, I handed over the reigns to Puffs for this gem:

One lucky recipient runs with a sandbag, while the Pax performs an exercise and then gives chase. Once caught, the runner chooses the next runner and an exercise. Begin in the track parking lot, up the road to the school bus lot. Burpees, flutter kicks, LBCs, box cutters, and dollies were had by all.
On to the bus lot wagon wheel. Start in the middle, run out to the first light post and perform 1 burpee, back to the center for 1 squat. 2nd light post, 2 burpees, back to center for 2 squats etc up to the 7th light post.
Just enough time left for a Devin Hester back down the hill.
