My alarm MUST have gone off at 0530, because at 0540 when Messi came into my room to wake me up, the alarm had been snoozed and was laying on my chest!  It’s a good thing I asked if he wanted to come the night before or I would have missed it all!  Messi saved the day.  As it was, we showed up one minute late…

Warm-Up:

  • Jog a lap
  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Merkins x 15 IC
  • Arm Circles x 25 IC
  • Reverse Arm Circles x 25 IC
  • Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
  • WMH x 15 IC

The Thang:

  • 50 yard sprint x 2
  • 100 yard sprint
  • 200 yard sprint
  • 300 yard “run”
  • 400 yard “run”

Next up: Tabata time

  • 20 second AMRAP Merkins, 40 second rest (rinse repeat x 4)
  • 20 second AMRAP WWIIs, 40 second rest (rinse repeat x 4)

 

Saul then took over to lead us in some twenty-ones:

On the near sideline we started with one Carolina Dry Dock, then run to the other side of the football field to perform 20 flutter kicks

Repeat x 19, increasing/decreasing by one rep until doing 20 CDDs and 1 flutter kick.
