This morning at Salem Stadium, 13 PAX gathered to better themselves. We began with a dark mosey around the football field. The lights in the press box cast a soft glow upon the field.

Circle up at 50 years line for warmup maneuvers:

  • 30 SSH
  • 50 Arm Circles
  • 40 Reverse Arm Circles
  • 30 Jack Webs
  • 20 Cherry Pickers
  • 10 Reverse Arm Circles (Gotta keep it even 😉)
  • 10 Imperial Walkers
  • 10 Burpees OYO

THE THANG: (2 part)
Part 1: Bears On Stairs

Bear crawl snaking through the stadium. Bear crawl up the stairs, crawl bear down and go through the stadium 2x before heading to the field. All that shoulder warmup really paid off big when we got to this!

Part 2: Know Thyself Stadium Edition

Know Thyself is a set of exercises to failure with a run in between. Today’s planned exercises were Squats, Merkins, Big Boy Sit-ups, Lunges in Place, and Burpees.

Run the stadium between each exercise then repeat.

We ran out of time while most were in the lunges phase.

Everyone circled up and hit a quick 10 Burpees to send us off.
