Warm Up w/ golf club:
30 SSH IC, 25 Jack Webb’s IC, 20 Mountain Climbers IC, 15 Slow Merkins IC
10 Squats IC,5 Burpees OYO
Thang (Zebra):
Pax start on Goal line w/ club and ball. We will progressively hit ball 10, 20, 30 yards up to 100 yards. Exercise quantity will be based on group obtaining 50% success of hitting ball within 2-4 yards of goal. If successful pax will do 10 of the exercise. If not they will do 20 of the exercise plus # of each previous exercise. After all have hit we will sprint to ball and judge outcome OYO and sprint back to goal line.
10 yl = Burpees
20 yl = Big Boy Sit-ups
30 yl = Merkin Jacks IC
40 yl = 2 foot Mountain Climbers IC
50 yl = Mary Katherine Lunges IC
Goal Post = Mountain Merkin Combo
Thang (Acorn):
Jog one lap around track to decompress from the horrible golf display we just had. Acorn retrieves everyone’s coupon for the day which consist of 2 cinder blocks(30lbs each), an anvil (60lbs), & a huge tractor tire(lbs unconfirmed).
Round begins…
Group wall sit while passing some sort of iron work down the line and back 2 times. Follow with Mosey over to coupons for reps to failure group rounds of:
Cinder Block Curls
Cinder Block Overhead Tricep Extension
Anvil Squats
Tire Flips
Needless to say this was an excellent workout!!!
