PAX: Space Jam, Cat Scratch, Blind Spot, Chubbs, Ari Gold, Dunphy, Cake, Solo, Herschel, Magic Man, Toll Booth (FNG), Zebra
Warm-o-rama: Light jog around football field to get legs loose (we were going to need it) followed by exercises all IC —–> 40 SSH, 10 WMH, 15 Slow Merkins, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Overhead Claps, 15 Jack Webbs —-> slow mosey to end of field to take in instructions on the Bowl Bomb
Thang: Partner up, size did not matter for Bowl Bomb. 1 partner will do exercise on field level while other partner will perform traveling exercise up/down hill in the bowl of stadium. Continue until partners are finished with total number of field exercise. Workout as follows:
Round 1 —-> Field level: 75 Burpees; Bowl: Run up hill backwards and down hill facing forward a total of 3 times (This was brutal to start); Planks when done
Round 2 —-> Field level: 100 Big-Boy Situps; Bowl: Run up hill facing forward and down hill sideways a total of 1 time; Flutter kicks when done
Round 3 —-> Field level: 125 Merkins; Bowl: Bear Crawl up hill and down hill facing forward a total of 1 time; LBCs when done
Round 4 —-> Field level: 150 Mountain Climbers; Bowl: Run up hill backwards and down hill facing forward a total of 2 times; Plank moves when done
Round 5 —-> Bowl: 1 partner runs up and down hill while other partner rests for a total of 50 times. Alternate partner as needed. Extra Credit for those doing Bear Crawls (take 2 off), Crab walk (take 4 off), Burpees at top (take 1 off)
