10 PAX started the week off right with some Tabata fun!
Warm Ups
• Q showed up late – Advised PAX to run around big field, 2X while Q setup for the Thang (I did hear some complaints about the Q being late and needing to run, I won’t say who – but it was someone who typically Qs the Monday workouts)
• 25 SSH
• 10 Windmills
• 15 Arm Circles
• 15 Reverse Arm Circles
• Merkins – 7 Regular, 7 single count wide, 7 single count narrow
• 10 Willie Mays Hayes

The Thang – Tabata 4 Fun
1. Tabata burpees (exercise 20 sec, rest 10 sec, repeat for 8 sets total for each of four exercises)
2. Tabata jump squats
3. Tabata merkins
4. Tabata sprints
Additional Fun
• Run over to parking garage: Stairs – Up to 2nd floor, run across – at half way point switch to lunges, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives.
• Stairs – Up to 3rd floor, karaoke across to half way, switch to face opposite direction and karaoke the rest of the way, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives.
• Stairs – Up to 4th floor, run backwards for half the way, lunges for second half, come back down to ground floor.
• Circle up for a little MARY
• 20 LBCs
• 20 Flutter Kicks IC
• Hold 6” for a while
• Namorama. COT
