Warm Up: 2 laps around field, SSH x33 IC, WMH x11 IC, IW x22 IC, Arm Circles x22 IC, MC x22 IC, ATMs x11 IC, Dips, x11 IC, 10 Step Ups each leg

Not sure if you all did the same, but two-a-day lacrosse practices always either started or ended with sixty fives…basically a 400m run in under 65 seconds. This morning, we partnered up and got seven (7) good 65s in with BLIMPS in between.

AMRAP Imperial Walkers, while partner runs a 65, switch and repeat
AMRAP Merkins (HR), while partner runs a 65, switch and repeat
AMRAP Plank Jacks, while partner runs a 65, switch and repeat
AMRAP Squats, while partner runs a 65, switch and repeat

Wow, time almost up…

All PAX, 10 reps each BLIMPS exercise then run a final 65.
