Oh the Humidity!

8 Pax showed up and showed STRONG for a “Glee-ful” morning at Longwood park.

Warm-up: Stroll through the park-The Pax took off for a long scenic run through the park and stopped for a “quick” circle up: 40 SSH, 10 WMH, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Forward arm circles, 20 reverse arm circles, 20 Rubio’s; all IC.

Thang: There were 4 areas to visit in the routine. Round one we all moved together and after that we worked on our own until everyone finished the round.

Jog to the tennis court and parner up. Wheel barrow across one tennis court and do 5 derkins once you cross. After the derkins, you and your partner switch jobs and repeat. Do the same thing coming back on the other side of the court. (Each person should have wheel barrowed twice and done 10 derkins). Once finished, jog over to the basketball court. From here get on the baseline opposite the goal, perform traveling burpees across the court. Once finished jog to the top of the hill. Once at the top, you will jog over to the picnic shelter and find a table. At your table you will do 10 derkins, 15 box jumps, and 20 tricep dips. Once finished, run back down the hill back to the basketball court. Bear crawl back across the court to the opposite end line. First one here picks a core exercise to do until all PAX finish the round. Once everyone has finished, rinse and repeat 3 times total. Mary at the end of each round: flutter kicks, LBCs, Big Boy sit ups.
