Slip sliding away

On a beautiful friday morning a record 15 Pax gathered for a little pain.

We started with a jog up the the plateau for a beautiful warmup spot. Cat Scratch has been MIA, so no one would complain about some big number sets. 50 side straddle hops IC; 50 squats IC, 50 forward arm circles IC, 50 Jack Webbs IC, 50 Rubios.

Then we looked overt the edge of the plateau at the parking lot below (way below). Thats our spot. So we took off down the steep hill.

At the bottom we paired up for some BOMBS. While 1 PAX ran back up to the warm up spot, the other PAX in the parking lot did 75 burpees, 100 (double count) overhead arm claps, 150 hand-release merkins, 150 big boy situps. We ran out of time and reassembled at the top to knock out 25 squats IC.

Event of the day was watching Solo glissade down the hill. He says he slipped. We think he just found smarter, more efficient way to do todays exercise. I couldn’t hear him from where I was, but I could see him smiling and his hands were both up in the air. I assume he was saying “weeeeeeeeeee”

Time ran out. No mary.

Good work today gentleman.

Welcome back Double Dutch.
