Warm Up:  Run to and then around parking deck.  SSH x25 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, WMH x10 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, Copper Head Squat x 25 IC, 5 Burpees OYO, IW x25 IC, 5 Burpees OYO,Arm Circles x25 IC, Jack Webbs x25 IC, Reverse Arm Circles x25 IC, 5 Burpees OYO.

Thang:  Run deck ramps to 1, then hit stairs to 6 and back to 1 where coupons await.  One man farmer’s carries two 40 lb sand bags to top of ramp and back, while rest of PAX enjoy AMRAP of the following exercises:  merkins, squats, lunge/squat/jackwebb 2/4/4 combo, big boy situps —interlude, run stairs to 6 and back, burpees until all PAX finish, then back to farmer’s carry usain bolts — bottom out burpees, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, monkee humpers.

Mary (kinda):  Run to 6, partner up for 1 minute AMRAP Rocky Balboas, switch, repeat, switch, repeat, switch, repeat.  Slow Merkins x15 IC, Jack Webbs x50 IC (around 41 Manti let’s out a primal scream for the ages…we were worried Carillon was gonna fire up the chopper), 5 Burpees OYO.
