10 PAX turn down the urge to remain in the fartsack (Solo, has this been you???) on this wet and wild Friday! The workout originally planned for this morning may have required a kayak if we had stuck with it. So, it was time for a true audible even Peyton Manning would be proud of…OMAHA!
Warm-o-rama
Lap around loop, trying gauge just how wet things were. Once pinky decided to soak everyone behind him with a nice hard stomp through a puddle I decided we would have to make other plans.
Over to covered sidewalks by Fishburne, 30 SSH, 25 Rubios, 10 WMH, 30 AC/30 Rev AC, 15 Slo-Merkins
Thang- Team Relays
Split into 2 teams, line up at the end of the sidewalk. First person in each line must preform a traveling exercise to the middle while remaining members preform exercises until their turn. Keep rotating through until everyone gets to travel. Exercises were the following:
Bear Crawls to middle- Merkins until all go through
Crab walk to middle- Squats until all go through
Inchworm to middle w/ merkin- Flutter Kicks until all go through
Traveling Burpee to middle- Monkey Humpers until all go through
Sprint full length of sidewalk, 3 burpees, sprint back- Basic Instincts until all go through
Crawl Bear to middle- Hand-release merkins util all go through
Lunge Walk to middle- Catalina Wine Mixers until all go through
Sprint to middle, 5 burpees, sprint back- LBC’s until all go through
Finisher- Crawl Bear up to middle, bear crawl down left ramp to bottom
Mary- 20 Heels to Heaven IC
